The Watershed Group has evolved from its original predecessor, The Rep Company, which was established in 1995 as a regional rep-firm by Mark Lefler, and Steve Davidson – whom are both still at the helm today. As The Rep Company grew, so did their approach to the A/V channel. Lead by outstanding technical knowledge of their brands, The Rep Company evolved from being a conventional rep-firm into a new Canadian hybrid rep distribution firm. The Rep Company established a reputation for outstanding technical support for ALL the brands they represented.

Over time, The Rep Company diversified their operations and approach to the marketplace such that their name didn’t accurately describe who they were, or what they did, thus in 2011, The Watershed Group was fashioned. Since then, T.W.G. has evolved into both a national and international distribution and design company – including, but not limited to, complete theatre design, full room acoustics, room isolation, golf simulator applications and design, two-piece projection design, in-house screen design, and custom manufacturing.

Here at T.W.G. we are more than a sales firm – we are part of each project from concept to completion. We offer full design renderings as well as full consulting services. We take pride in being one of the countries top design firms within the home-theatre channel.
